NWA Doom Globe Relief Pieces
These plates are made in a same way as the original belt was made there is no etching, the main plate is a piece of plain Polished 3mm brass plate plated with real 24k Swiss gold, the pieces on the main plate are fixed by bolts and screws, the border around the main plate is made of casted brass and fixed on it with screws or bolts, whole belt is made with very extra care, the wrestlers on the main plate are also made of brass via casting, we have made wooden pattern die for the wrestlers, whole belt is made of brass and plated with 24k Swiss Gold, the doom on the main plate is made of 2mm etched brass or 2mm etched zinc and doomed by hands then chrome plated, it have attached on the main plate by one bolt on the back, NWA lettering on the doom is made of etched 4mm thick brass and attached with bolts on the doom. The USA flag, Wrestling name plate and the Worlds Heavyweight Champion plate is also made of 2mm etched brass and fixed with bolts. Rest of all the pieces are made of brass by casting and for each separate piece pattern dies has been made. The back area in both sides of the main plate is Black Plastic fixed in 2/3mm brass frame.
There are two versions available Matt Finished and Shine Polished finish Both are plated with real 24k Swiss Gold, in the Matt finished version the plain main plate and side plate without the relief pieces is sand blasted before gold plating rest of the pieces are shinny polished where as in the shine version everything is polished before gold plating
